I am so pleased that I did--the communication and service were top notch! Bethany, the scheduler, was very kind and responsive, and I can't say enough good things about the tech, Blondy. He was running ahead of schedule, and ended up waiting on me for well over 30 minutes instead of trying to reschedule. I never felt an ounce of irritation from him about having to wait on me--he was extremely kind and professional. Above and beyond: he finished vacuuming for me before cleaning the carpets, carried in my groceries, and patiently explained the cleaning process. "KG Cleaning Service is by far the best carpet cleaning company we have ever used--and believe me, we have tried them all! I waited several weeks to write this review because I wanted to see if the stains or odors returned after a few days or weeks. In all of my past experiences with other companies, the carpets looked great when the technician left my house, but after a few days the stains slowly came back through. This has not happened with KG Cleaning Service! My carpets look absolutely brand new and smell amazing. They spent 3 hours cleaning only 3 small rooms, going over the carpets multiple times to ensure the job was done right. I was also really impressed that AFTER we had already agreed to a price, the technician noticed my husband's military memorabilia in the house and offered us a military discount. He did not have to do that because we did not even know they offered the discount and he could have chosen not to mention it. When he got here, he presented me with a single red rose and thanked me for having him in my home.
