Can we guarantee to remove all stains?
The most honest answer is no we cannot 100% guarantee that we can completely remove a stain before we begin cleaning it. There is a difference between a spot and a stain. A stain is described as a spot that has discolored the fibers and has permanently dyed the fibers of the furniture. A spot is described as something that can be gotten out with our state of the art cleaning agents combined with the hot water extraction process. We will always give it our best to remove the spot/potential stain
