We are a family business where the whole family is actively involved. Bethany (Ken's wife) works in and out of the office by assisting customers in booking an appt and answering any questions you may have, as well as helping clean on field with Ken.

Landon- Has been assisting his dad on the field since he was 4. He has learned how talk to customers, present himself with a high level of customer service, measure rooms, clean carpet, and helps change the truckmount oil every month.

Brooklyn- Has been hearing her mom(Bethany) take calls since she can remember and can pretend to answer a phone sounding exactly like mom. When going to cleaning appts with her daddy, her favorite part is the customer service part. She says talking to the customers is the fun part!
